This paper investigated essential oils (EOs) of the endemic Prangos aricakensis (PA) used as spice and aroma by the Turkish people. Using a Clevenger-type device, EOs were obtained for the first time by hydro-distillation from dried parts of PA (L:leaf, S:stem). The EOs of the PALEO and PASEO were analyzed by GC-MS/MS.

Materials And Methods: Twenty-three patients with supraglottic laryngeal cancer who underwent TORS-SGL between 2012 and 2015 at a tertiary referral hospital were retrospectively analyzed with at least 5 years of follow-up.

Methods: A prospective, cohort study was conducted on patients who underwent isolated palatal surgeries for OSA at a single academic medical center between 2017 and 2022. Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Questionnaire (ETDQ-7) were assessed at baseline, 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month time points.

Activity-guided isolation was performed on methanol sub-fractions with DNA protection and enzyme inhibitory activities, and then the ELA was purified by -HPLC. The ELA structure, bio-guided isolate, was determined H NMR, C NMR, and MS spectrometry.
