Optical accordion lattices are routinely used in quantum simulation and quantum computation experiments to tune optical lattice spacings. Here, we present a technique for creating tunable optical lattices using binary-phase transmission gratings. Lattices generated using this technique have high uniformity, contrast, lattice spacing tunability, and power efficiencies.

Background: Adjuvants use several mechanisms to boost immunogenicity and to modulate immune response. The strength of adsorption of antigen by adjuvants can be a determinant factor for significant improvement of immunopotentiation.
Methods: We expressed recombinant RBD-FC in PichiaPink Strain 4 and examined the vaccination of mice by vaccine formulation with different adjuvants (sodium alginate and aluminum hydroxide, alone and together).
Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have unique features which could be beneficial to various aspects of clinics and industry. Long-term exposure to AuNPs damages the physiologic functions and tissue structure of organs. Gingerol has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Objectives: This study aimed to formulate a novel herbal mixture of (H) and (M) and evaluate its toxicity, microbial load, and phytochemical content.
Materials And Methods: Total flavonoids were measured using the AlCl/NaNO complex formation method and colorimetric assay. The quercetin content of the herbal mixture was determined by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.
Background: Today, antibiotics are widely used for treatment and feed additives to enhance livestock growth. Antibiotic residues may be found in food of animal origin for various reasons, including ignoring the withdrawal period after treatment, overuse for animals, and contamination of feed with treated animals in animal products. Among animal products, dairy products have a special place in the human diet, and antibiotic residues in them have caused a great deal of concern among consumers.

Objective: This study aims to propose a novel and cost-effective method (suggested by Fatemi) for Ultherapy, comparing its effectiveness with the conventional approach.
Materials And Methods: A prospective double-blind clinical trial was conducted with 30 female volunteers randomly assigned to two groups: The control group (conventional method) and the experimental group (new method).
Prolonged exposure to hot environments increases the probability of heat load that may cause occupational heat strain to workers. This study investigates the impact of individual and work-related factors on the heat-related consequences among power plant workers in a hot region. This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2020.

Shewanella azerbaijanica is introduced as a highly potent bacterium in metal bioremediation. The mtrC gene was selected as a cloning target to improve electron flux chains in the EET (extracellular electron transfer) pathway.

Pure, S-doped, and P-doped CQDs, were synthesized and their recoverable fluorescence quenching properties were observed, when exposed to Hg, Cu, and Fe quenching ions, respectively. The study on the recovery of their emission showed that after the introduction of another guest substance with a stronger affinity to the quenching ions, their fluorescence is restored.
