Objectives: Natural killer (NK) cells are the most professional innate immune cells that initiate extracellular apoptosis via cytotoxic granules in malignant cells. Antitumoral properties of NK-derived exosomes (Exos) are attributed to their parent cells. Loading drugs into Exos as a carrier can enhance their effect and enable targeted delivery.

The present study was conducted to translate and test the psychometric properties of the Persian version of Nurses' Ethical Decision-Making in End-of-Life Care Scale (NEDM-EOLCS).

The factors influencing patient safety management as perceived by emergency department nurses: A qualitative study.

Aim: One of the most important, unpredictable and stressful areas in hospitals is the emergency department (ED) where seconds are crucial for providing immediate care and saving the patients' lives. Young transgender individuals' lived experiences of facing life's challenges: a qualitative study in Iran.

Introduction: In recent years, several studies have addressed the challenges and psychological issues that transgender individuals face. However, only a few studies have explored the experiences of this population in Iran. Novel delivery of sorafenib by natural killer cell-derived exosomes-enhanced apoptosis in triple-negative breast cancer.

We investigated the delivery of sorafenib (SFB) to breast cancer spheroids by natural killer cell-derived exosomes (NK-Exos). SFB-NK-Exos were constructed by electroporation. Their antitumor effects were evaluated by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium, acridine orange/ethidium bromide, 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole, annexin/propidium iodide, scratch and migration assay, colony formation, RT-PCR, western blot and lipophagy tests.

Methods: This is a cross-sectional study.

Bioactivity of Exosomes Derived from Trained Natural Killer Cells versus Non-Trained One: More Functional and Antitumor Activity.

Background: Natural killer (NK) cells are cytotoxic lymphocytes of the innate immune system, capable of killing viral-infected and cancerous cells. NK cell-mediated immunotherapy has remarkably changed the current paradigm of cancer treatment in recent years. It emerged as a safe and effective therapeutic approach for patients with advanced-stage leukemia.

Perception of facing life's challenges in patients with spinal cord injury in Iran: a qualitative study.

Background: Spinal cord injury (SCI) is one of the most serious types of physical trauma and has become a major life-threatening condition in the recent decade. It is essential that the life perception and experiences of patients with SCI be studied and evaluated in different cultural contexts so that their needs and the challenges they face can be properly determined. The present study aims to explore the how patients with SCI in the south of Iran perceive facing life's challenges.
