Caregivers' experience of seeking care for adolescents with sickle cell disease in a tertiary care hospital in Bahrain.

Objective: This study aimed to determine caregivers' perspectives on difficulties encountered while seeking care for adolescents with sickle cell disease (SCD). It explored the social, emotional, and financial impact of caring for an adolescent with SCD on their caregivers.

Study Design: A mixed-method study in a major tertiary care hospital in Bahrain was conducted between June and August 2019.

Clinical delineation of myasthenia gravis in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Objectives: To report demographic and clinical data on 98 myasthenia gravis (MG) patients, seen over 5 years (January 2014-December 2018).

Methods: This was a retrospective, observational cohort study carried out at 3 hospitals in Bahrain. MG was classified into ocular or generalized types.
