Designing an Elderly Hospital Admission Risk Prediction Model in Iran's Hospitals.

Background: The identification of elderly at risk of new functional disabilities in activities of daily living at admission to the hospital may facilitate referral for purposive interventions to prevent decline and institutionalization. This study was aimed at designing a risk prediction model for identifying the elderly at risk of admission in Iran's hospitals.

Materials And Methods: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study conducted in 2017.

An investigation on workload indicator of staffing need: A scoping review.

The purpose of this scoping review was to survey the most recent (10 years) estimating of needed human resource in health-care organization by Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) method literature to understand themes and research avenues that may be helpful and beneficial to estimating of needed staff in health-care organizations. Our search strategy was based on using search engines such as Medline, Google Scholar, Scopus, and PubMed as well publications such as Elsevier, Emerald, ProQuest, and Springer. Finally, 31 articles extract for scoping review.

Improvement of hospital processes through business process management in Qaem Teaching Hospital: A work in progress.

In a world of continuously changing business environments, organizations have no option; however, to deal with such a big level of transformation in order to adjust the consequential demands. Therefore, many companies need to continually improve and review their processes to maintain their competitive advantages in an uncertain environment.
