Objective: Trimethyltin (TMT) chloride is an organotin compound used in industry. It has been linked to generating reactive oxygen species (ROS), inflammatory processes, and neuronal death. Carvacrol is a monoterpene phenol found in the plant family, modulating inflammatory conditions and necroptosis in neural tissue.

Introduction: The seal of root canal fillings depends on the anatomy of the root canal system and on the properties of filling materials and their bond to the walls of the root canal. Alterations in pressure may influence these properties. The current study investigated and compared microleakage in a tapered single-cone method versus lateral and vertical condensation after diving simulation.

Background: The permeability feature of conventional calcium hydroxide (CH) and nanoparticle CH (NCH) was compared to show the desired effects of this new material and in case of confirmation of its other properties; CH can be used as a safe alternative.

Materials And Methods: This was carried out in two phases: First phase: measurement and comparison of the permeability rate of conventional CH and NCH in the dentinal tubules employing a fluorescence microscope were carried out. Second phase: measurement and comparison of the permeability rate of NCH and conventional CH in L929 fibroblast cells using a fluorescence microscope were carried out.

: Employing of gaseous plugs inside a vein for preventing of blood flow to the damaged or cancerous tissues has been known as a gas embolism in the medicine. In this research, a numerical investigation has been carried out on the delivery of the liquid drug DDFP, encapsulated in the microlipidcoated spheres (MLCSs), to target the human vein for construction of the gaseous plug inside the veins. : The encapsulated liquid drug DDFP were delivered to the vein by injection of an emulsion.

Background: Fixed prosthodontics is a routine dental treatment and microleakage is a major cause of its failure.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the marginal microleakage of four cements in metal ceramic restorations with adapted and open margins.

Materials And Methods: Sixty sound human premolars were selected for this experimental study performed in Tehran, Iran and prepared for full-crown restorations.
