Cellulose triacetate (CTA) plasticization with 25 wt% glycerin (GLY), triethyl citrate (TEC) or dioctyl phthalate (DOP) enhanced its crystalline content as much as 55%, while only 10% crystalline content increase noticed using poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG).
