Background: Caring for people with intellectual disabilities can be a challenging task, but it can also bring about positive experiences for family caregivers. The present study aimed to explore these positive experiences and shed light on the ways in which family caregivers of people with intellectual disabilities can find meaning and fulfillment in their roles.
Methods: This qualitative study used conventional content analysis to explore the positive experiences of family caregivers of people with intellectual disabilities.
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of abdominal massage with and without on nausea and vomiting in patients with cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
Methods: In this randomized clinical trial, 60 patients undergoing chemotherapy were placed in one of two intervention groups or in a control group. Abdominal massage with and without was performed for 15 minutes twice a day for 3 consecutive days by the patient's companion.
Background: hemodialysis affects patients' quality of life and is associated with physical, psychological, occupational and social problems. These patients use relatively high levels of the complementary and alternative medicine. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between complementary and alternative medicines usage, and quality of life in patients under hemodialysis.
