Bilateral simultaneous shoulder dislocations are very rare injuries. Majority of the cases in the literature are posterior shoulder dislocations due to widespread contractions seen in grand-map epileptic seizures, electrocutions, and electric shocks. The literature shows us that bilateral anterior shoulder dislocations are generally seen after trauma related injuries rather than subsequent to epileptic seizures.
