- A total of 103 staff members from Health Centers were compared to employees from the Voluntary Centers using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ).
- The study found that about 50.5% of Health Center employees and 54% of Voluntary Center employees reported high job satisfaction, with the highest satisfaction in Fars and Kurdistan provinces, and the lowest in Kermanshah and Bushehr.
