Introduction: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) of tumor DNA can detect actionable drivers and help guide therapy for patients with advanced-stage cancers. While tissue-based genotyping is considered a standard of care, blood-based genotyping is emerging as a valid alternative. Tumor genomic profiles may vary by region, and data from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) are not widely available.

Background: The absence of KRAS and NRAS gene mutations (RAS wild type) in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), is associated with a good response to targeted therapy with anti-EGFR receptor antibodies. The current gold standard for RAS mutational status identification is genetic testing on tissue biopsy samples.
Objective: This study aimed to assess the relevance of liquid biopsy as a less invasive alternative to tissue biopsy for detecting KRAS/NRAS and BRAF mutations in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
The war caused huge devastation to rehabilitation centers in Mosul City, leading to a significant gap in rehabilitation services, which was further compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic. We sought to incorporate simple and safe clinical exercises by utilizing common household items, thereby maximizing effectiveness through a combination of psychological simulation and physical impact while ensuring safety, and evaluate its efficacy as a home telerehabilitation program (HTRP) for participants with spinal cord injury (SCI) following a 4- to 5-year rehabilitation interruption. Eighteen volunteers, including 13 with SCI (injuries sustained 53.

Iraq lacks comprehensive survey studies for quality of life for people after SCI. The objective of this work was to identify the number of NSIs and mortality of those injured during the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) war in Iraq and analyze events specifically as sociodemographic variables to assess quality of life healthy, psychological, and social disorders from onset of injury till the involving.

Children between the ages of 8 and 10 years (n = 165) were classified according to results obtained on the Movement Assessment Battery for Children (MABC-2) and divided into three groups: 65 children with severe DCD (s-DCD), 45 with moderate DCD (m-DCD) and 55 typically developing children (TD). All children performed the dart throwing test and the ball skill items of the Performance and Fitness Test (PERF-FIT).

However, this may also lead to lower predilection and participation in physical activities and a higher risk to develop health problems.
Objective: To determine motor skill related levels in children with moderate and severe DCD and compare that to typically developing children (TD).
Thiourea (TU) is considered an essential and emerging biostimulant against the negative impacts of severe environmental stresses, including drought stress in plants. However, the knowledge about the foliar application of TU to mitigate drought stress in L., has yet to be discovered.

The study zooms in on the early outbreak phase from when ChatGPT was launched in November 2022 to early June 2023. It aims to understand the evolution of research output, citation patterns, collaborative networks, application domains, and future research directions related to ChatGPT.

Methods: This regional, multicenter, observational, retrospective study collected 11-year data on demographics, medical history, disease characteristics, current treatment approaches of GIST, the safety of the most common tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), second cancers, and survival status.
Results: Data of 201 eligible patients were analyzed: mean age was 56.
COVID-19 has brought significant changes to our political, social, and technological landscape. This paper explores the emergence and global spread of the disease and focuses on the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in containing its transmission. To the best of our knowledge, there has been no scientific presentation of the early pictorial representation of the disease's spread.

We present the case of a 63-year-old woman who was hospitalized five times in 4 months for episodes of heart failure, associated with a sustained hypertension despite a fivefold therapy. The pathophysiological mechanism of the hypertension was a secondary hyperaldosteronism linked to a renal hypoperfusion due to the narrowing of the thoracic aorta by a huge calcified plaque, mimicking an aortic coarctation.

Background: Acute type A aortic dissection is associated with high perioperative morbidity and mortality. Ascyrus Medical Dissection Stent (Cryolife, Kennesaw, USA) is a novel uncovered hybrid stent graft developed to be used as an adjunct to standard surgical approach to promote true lumen expansion and enhance aortic remodeling.
Methods: From March 2021 to March 2022, four consecutive patients presented with acute Debakey type I aortic dissection and underwent emergent surgical repair with Tirone David procedure and implantation of Ascyrus Medical Dissection Stent.

PD-1 and PD-L1 blockade therapies have been reported to increase survival in septic animals. Currently, the interleukin (IL)-10 within mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) secretome is known for its immunomodulatory capacity.
