Introduction: Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) is a demyelinating immune-mediated condition of the central nervous system, whereas antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APLA) is an autoimmune disorder accompanied by thrombosis and pregnancy-related problems. A series of benzimidazole-based Schiff base derivatives (-) were synthesized and structurally elucidated through H NMR, C NMR and HREI-MS analysis.
