Synovial hemangioma of the knee joint was diagnosed in a young woman 15 years after the first signs. The principal clinical manifestation involved repeated episodes of hemorrhagic joint effusion. MRI is the exploration of choice for this vascular tumor of the synovial membrane, although a pathology study is needed to confirm the diagnosis.

One hundred and four patients presenting with either massive or repeated hemoptysis were treated by embolization of the bronchial arteries with a resorbable material (Spongel). The procedure was performed via selective catheterization of the abnormal arteries. Forty-nine patients were treated during and 55 after hemoptysis.

Two cases of cervical spondylolisthesis, due to a congenital defect in the pars interarticularis of C6, associated with spina bifida and elongation of the contralateral pars interarticularis, are reported. Tomography showed an abnormal direction of the articular facets of C6 and demonstrated a narrow frontal diameter of the cervical spinal canal at the level of the malformation. Gas myelography showed a slight compression of the cord.

In spite of improvement in the exploratory techniques of the respiratory tract, tracheo-bronchography preserves numerous indications in the study of children's congenital or acquired bronchopneumopathies. The main indications of this investigation consist in the detection of bronchectasies or in the exploratory study of chronic and relapsing bronchial diseases. The investigation makes possible to precise the severity of the disease, to value the results of the medical management and, at last, to select the patients amenable to surgery.
