Low enzyme activity is one of the disadvantages of immobilized laccase. In this study, waste Cu-loaded activated carbon (Cu-AC) was successfully used in preparing a novel composite support, cellulose / Cu-loaded activated carbon beads (C / Cu-AC), and effectively boosted immobilized laccase activity. To achieve optimum conditions for immobilization of laccase, the immobilization time, pH and laccase concentration were examined.

We have theoretically investigated the spatial-temporal dynamics of extraordinary optical transmission (EOT) through a two-slit plasmonic antenna under femtosecond laser dual-beam irradiation. The dynamic interference of the crossed femtosecond laser dual-beam with the transiently excited surface plasmon polariton waves are proposed to characterize the particular spatial-temporal evolutions of EOT. It is revealed that the dynamic EOT can be flexibly switched with tunable symmetry through the respective slit of a two-slit plasmonic antenna by manipulating the phase correlation of the crossed femtosecond laser dual-beam.

Understanding land use change and its impact on habitat quality (HQ) is conducive to land use management and ecological protection. We used the InVEST model and the GeoDetector model to explore the land use and HQ of Wusu from 1980 to 2020. We found that the spatial distribution of land use in Wusu had the most dramatic change from 2000 to 2010, and accordingly, the habitat quality deteriorated seriously from 2000 to 2010.
