Purpose: To investigate the presence and type of ocular abnormalities in patients with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).

Design: A retrospective cross-sectional study.

Methods: Observational report of ocular findings and their associations with age, sex, underlying disease, and hematologic parameters.
