Background: The most common type of primary liver cancer is hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related HCC accounts for many HCC cases and has a high mortality rate. The goal of our study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of lenvatinib plus sintilimab therapy in real-world practice and identify factors affecting long-term prognosis.
Methods: A retrospective study was conducted with 139 consecutive patients with unresectable HCC treated with lenvatinib or lenvatinib plus sintilimab at the Fifth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from June 2018 to June 2021.
