Takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5 (TGR5), a bile acid receptor involved in metabolism, is influenced by the gut microbiota. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between anxiety, depression, and microbiota using TGR5 knockout mice.

PHACTR2-AS1 was preferentially localized in the cytoplasm, and was notably upregulated in TSCC tissues.
