[Decoronation management of the replacement resorption after delayed replantation of avulsed teeth-case report with 4-year follow-up].

Replacement resorption is the most frequent complication after delayed replantation of avulsed teeth. The resorption can interfere with the development of the alveolar ridge and lead to tilt of the adjacent teeth in growing patients. However, there is no means of arresting or reversing the process.
