Background: Many critically ill patients in neurology departments require the placement of nasoenteric tubes to provide enteral nutrition. However, in clinical practice, there exists considerable variability in nurses' competencies regarding the management of patients with nasoenteric tubes.
It remains a huge challenge to realize a high-throughput direct detection for pathogenic bacteria with high-sensitivity in practice. Here, we develop a typical two-dimensional (2D) composite semiconductor of BP@MoS with special synergistic chemical enhancement-mediated surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) activity. The relative proportion of MoS and BP was rationally adjusted in the hydrothermal reaction to screen a composite sample with high charge transfer efficiency.

In vitro functional expression of AChEs reveals that the resistant Ace1 (Ace1R) and Ace2 (Ace2R) were significantly less inhibited by eserine, omethoate, and malaoxon than the susceptible Ace1 (Ace1S) and Ace2 (Ace2S). Furthermore, in both the mutant and susceptible AChEs, Ace2 was significantly less sensitive to eserine, omethoate, and malaoxon than Ace1.
