Methods: Clinical data of 65 children with complete renal ureteral duplication deformity admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2015 to December 2022 were collected. Among these, 42 patients underwent laparoscopic ureteroureterostomy (LUU), designated as the LUU group, while 23 patients received robot-assisted laparoscopic ureteroureterostomy (RALUU), designated as the RALUU group.

The high performance of two-dimensional (2D) channel membranes is generally achieved by preparing ultrathin or forming short channels with less tortuous transport through self-assembly of small flakes, demonstrating potential for highly efficient water desalination and purification, gas and ion separation, and organic solvent waste treatment. Conventional treatments for autoimmune uveitis, such as corticosteroids and systemic immunosuppressants, often result in adverse side effects, prompting the need for therapies targeting specific molecular pathways. This study investigates the effects of Arctiin, known for its diverse biological properties, on experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU) through its action on Th17 cells and the JAK/STAT signaling pathway. Our findings reveal that Arctiin significantly alleviates EAU by reducing clinical scores, inflammatory cell infiltration, and levels of inflammatory cytokines like IL-17 and TNF-α in the eye.

Due to the complex and uncertain physics of lightning strike on carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminates, conventional numerical simulation methods for assessing the residual strength of lightning-damaged CFRP laminates are highly time-consuming and far from pretty. Developing a novel and potent adjuvant with excellent biocompatibility for immune response augmentation is crucial for enhancing vaccine efficacy.
