Background: This study aimed to establish reference intervals for two biomarkers actively utilized in routine annual medical check-ups in China: squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) and cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYRFA 21-1), and to understand the influence of age, gender, and benign nodule(s) on their levels.

Background: FANCA mutations have been detected in a variety of cancers and found to be pro-carcinogenic. However, no functional studies have been identified regarding the involvement of FANCA in the occurrence and the immune response of LUAD.

Objective: This study aims to assess the effectiveness of surveillance inspections conducted by the provincial health committee in Quanzhou city during a COVID-19 outbreak in reducing false-positive results in SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR assays.

Method: The team conducted on-site inspections of laboratories that participated in mass screening, recording any violations of rules.
