Office-based pediatric urology procedures.

Introduction: Office-based procedures under local anesthesia are not a popular and well-accepted concept in pediatric urology except for newborn circumcision. There is limited literature on the utilization of office-based procedures under local anesthesia in pediatric urology. In this study, we present our experience of office-based procedures under local anesthesia from a tertiary center.

Renomedullary Interstitial Cell Tumor in the Background of a Renal Oncocytoma: A Case Report.

Renomedullary interstitial cell tumors (RMICTs) are rare benign renal tumors that arise from the renal medulla. They are rarely symptomatic and are mostly discovered incidentally. Radiologically, their co-presence ipsilaterally in the background of a larger mass introduces a miscellaneous presentation that raises the suspicion of metastatic disease.

Tobacco consumption and environmental exposure among healthcare students in King Saud University in Riyadh.

Objectives: The goal of this study was to determine the prevalence of tobacco smoking in healthcare students at a university in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, along with environmental exposure and potential influential factors.

Methods: This observational cross-sectional study was conducted at King Saud University from January-April 2019. It included 1,273 randomly selected male and female first- to fifth-year undergraduate healthcare students from all health colleges at the university.
