This study explored treatment with Taif rosewater (RW) to protect against lead acetate-(PbAc) induced male testicular impairment. Male Wistar rats were divided into four groups and provided drinking water containing 4% Taif RW, PbAc, 4% Taif RW followed by PbAc or normal water (controls). Serum for hormonal assays and testicular tissue for histopathological and immunohistochemical examinations and molecular study were obtained.

- Out of 224 patients, those who underwent HAL-guided TUR-BT exhibited significantly better 3-year recurrence-free survival (RFS), cancer-specific survival (CSS), and overall survival (OS) rates compared to those who had ALA or white light (WL) TUR-BT.
- The findings suggest that HAL-guided TUR-BT not only improves patient outcomes but also highlights several independent predictors of survival, emphasizing its potential role in bladder cancer treatment protocols.
