Sino-nasal low-grade chondrosarcoma revealed by isolated bilateral loss of sight: an unprecedented presentation of a rare tumour.

Chondrosarcomas are malignant cartilage-forming tumors representing less than 0.1% of all head and neck malignancies, and nasal cavity is an exceptional location among them. Clinical presentation could be consisting of either rhinological signs or asymptomatic endonasal mass.
