The efficacy and safety of acalabrutinib plus obinutuzumab and acalabrutinib monotherapy vs zanubrutinib in patients with treatment-naive chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma without del(17p) were compared using an unanchored matching-adjusted indirect comparison.
