This article is a cross-sectional study of 216 women undergoing adjuvant hormone therapy for breast cancer in two oncology centers in northern Morocco. Quality of life (QoL) was assessed using the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy (FACT) questionnaire and its endocrine subscale (ES). The relationship between rural-urban status in our sample and QoL was assessed by linear regression analysis using sociodemographic and clinical variables as covariates.
