Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are one of the most important issues in modern medicine. In developing countries, the use of antibiotics is a common practice, and due to this, antibiotic resistance has increased. The objective of this research was to update and report on the microbiological profile of urinary tract infections based on the number of positive urine cultures (UCs), resistance, sensitivity, and the prevalence of bacterial strains.
