Introduction: Telework, adopted by some companies as an alternative measure to ensure the continuity of services during the 2019 coronavirus disease pandemic, can have an impact on workers' health, contributing to the onset of work-related musculoskeletal disorders and/or repetitive strain injuries. In this context, companies were required to develop strategies to ensure the implementation of occupational health actions through different means.
Objectives: To discuss our experience of implementing a remote workplace exercise program.
