[Analysis of the geographical distribution of cases of leprosy. Rio de Janeiro, 2001-2012].

Studies have demonstrated that the geographical distribution of leprosy is related to different socioeconomic factors. This article aims to study the geographical distribution of leprosy in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The cases of leprosy reported in the 2001-2012 period were mapped according to municipality.
