[Constipation in patients with quadriplegic cerebral palsy: intestinal reeducation using massage and a laxative diet].

Constipation affects 74% of individuals with cerebral palsy. This study aimed to evaluate the results of nursing interventions for treating intestinal constipation associated with cerebral palsy. This quantitative, prospective, comparative study included 50 patients with quadriplegic cerebral palsy and constipation.
