Role of mimic of manganese superoxide dismutase in proliferation and apoptosis of gastric carcinoma BGC-823 cells in vitro and in vivo.

The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-cancer effect and mechanism of mimic of manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSODm) in gastric carcinoma cells in vitro and in vivo. The MTT was used to measure cytotoxicity of the MnSODm. The appearance of apoptotic BGC-823 cells was detected by flow cytometry analysis.
