Objective: To explore the effects of labor analgesia for primiparae with different stages of cervical dilation on parturition and neonates.

Materials And Methods: In the past three years, 530 cases of primiparae who had delivered in the Second People's Hospital of Hefei and were eligible for a vaginal trial of parturition were enrolled as the research subjects. Of these, 360 puerperae had labor analgesia, and the remaining 170 were taken as the control group.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Grape Seed Proanthocyanidins (GSP) on Nω-Nitro-L-arginine methyl ester-induced hypertension in pregnant mice. Fifty Kunming mice were randomized into control, control + GSP, model, and model + GSP. Three weeks later, the artery systolic blood pressure was examined and the related pathological changes were detected.

Chorioamnionitis is common in females with prematurely ruptured fetal membranes (PROM). The current diagnosis of PROM and preterm PROM (PPROM) is based on vaginal fluid analysis.
