Methods: All patients under the age of 18 years with TSC seen at the Department of Pediatrics, Sidra Medicine, Doha, Qatar, between January 2003 and February 2021 were included in this retrospective study. Severity of epilepsy was determined using the early childhood epilepsy severity score (E-CHESS) tool.
Epithelioid hemangioma (EH), also known as angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia, is an unusual vascular proliferation that tends to manifest in the head and neck region. Its occurrence on the penis is rare, with only scarce reported cases in the literature. The histopathological examination of this condition poses a challenge because it shares similarities with other entities, such as epithelioid hemangioendothelioma, epithelioid angiosarcoma, cutaneous epithelioid angiomatous nodule, or Kaposi sarcoma (KS).

Human life has been significantly impacted by the creation and spread of novel species of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and virus strains that are difficult to manage. Scientists and researchers have recently been motivated to seek out alternatives and other sources of safe and ecologically friendly active chemicals that have a powerful and effective effect against a wide variety of pathogenic bacteria as a result of all these hazards and problems. In this review, endophytic fungi and their bioactive compounds and biomedical applications were discussed.

Unacceptable advertisements and deceptive promotion of formula feeding undermine breastfeeding and threaten infant and maternal health worldwide. The purpose of this study was to estimate the role of healthcare providers and other sources in promoting the use of formula feeding among attendants at healthcare facilities in Mosul, Iraq. This one-year cross-sectional study was conducted at three healthcare facilities in Mosul, Iraq.

Thiazolidinone (4e) and isoxazoline (4a-d) were evaluated . For further evaluation and examination, we designed and synthesized from naturally occurring (R)-carvone and characterized it spectroscopic analysis, as well as tested for their anticancer activities towards human cancer cell lines such as HT-1080 (fibrosarcome cancer), MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 (breast cancer) and A-549 (lung cancer) by using MTT method with Doxorubicin as standard drug.

Method: In two special education schools for ASD in Dhaka City, trained female psychologists screened mothers using the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9). PCS was administered to all the mothers irrespective of a diagnosis of depression.
A new series of thiazolidinone linked 1,2,3-triazole hybrids was designed and synthesized using the copper-catalyzed Huisgen azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) between thiazolidinone linked alkyne and aromatic azides. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were established by NMR (H and C) and HRMS. The targeted thiazolidinone-1,2,3-triazole hybrids were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against four human cancer cell lines, including fibrosarcoma (HT-1080), lung carcinoma (A-549), and breast carcinoma (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231) using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazoliun bromide (MTT).

We aimed to determine whether a stepped-care intervention facilitated by trained lay providers can improve mental health outcomes postpartum for PWLH.
Methods And Findings: Healthy Options is a cluster-randomized controlled study conducted in 16 government-managed antenatal care clinics that provided HIV care for pregnant women in urban Tanzania.
A series of 1,3,4-thiadiazole himachalene hybrids were prepared from the treatment of a himachalen-4-one thiosemicarbazone derivative with N-aryl-C-ethoxycarbonyl-nitrilimines and diarylnitrilimines via a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction. The structures were confirmed by NMR, IR and high-resolution mass spectroscopy (HRMS). The newly synthesized hybrid compounds were tested for their antitumor activities against a panel of cancer cell lines including fibrosarcoma (HT-1080), lung carcinoma (A-549) and breast carcinoma (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231).
