Objectives: To investigate the meta-epidemiology and reporting characteristics of mapping reviews.
Study Design And Setting: We conducted a scoping review of a sample of recent mapping reviews (2022-2023) by searching nine electronic databases and eleven institutional websites up to January 2024. A 28-item reporting checklist, developed by our team and based on existing guidance and methodological studies of mapping reviews, was employed to assess reporting characteristics.
Caprine livestock are significant reservoirs of the complex (MTBC), contributing to tuberculosis (TB) transmission among animals and humans. The P22 protein immunocomplex (P22PI), derived from bovine tuberculin, shows immunostimulating capacity and is used for TB diagnosis. This study assessed the immunogenicity and protective efficacy of P22PI in two groups of goats: 24 naïve goats (12 immunised, 12 controls) from a TB-free herd, and 24 infected goats (12 immunised, 12 controls), referred to as pre-infected animals, from a -infected herd.

UTP23 (UTP23 small subunit processome component) plays a pivotal role in the intricate processing and maturation of the small subunit of ribosomes within the nucleolus. In cases of nucleolar stress, such as those observed in certain tumor cells, the aberrant nucleolar organization and structure can lead to the translocation of nucleolar proteins into the nucleus or cytoplasm, consequently impacting the physiological processes of the tumor cells through non-ribosome-related functions. Our investigation revealed altered localization of UTP23 protein in colorectal cancer clinical tissue samples.

Methods: Eight electronic databases were searched on 28 November 2021.
Our previous study demonstrated that tumor-suppressor circular RNAs (circRNAs) can be specifically secreted outside of colorectal cancer (CRC) cells within exosomes to maintain tumor cell fitness. However, whether tumor-driving circRNAs can be specifically retained in cells to facilitate tumor progression remains unknown. In this study, circRNA-seq showed that circSKA3 was significantly upregulated in CRC tissues but downregulated in serum samples from CRC patients.
