Purpose To develop a practical, easily implementable risk stratification model based on preoperative contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) nodal features to predict the probability of pathologic extranodal extension (pENE) in patients with oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC). Materials and Methods Preoperative CECT studies in consecutive patients with OPSCC who underwent surgical resection between October 2012 and October 2020 were examined by four neuroradiologists, blinded to the pathologic outcome, for imaging features of pENE. The primary objective of this retrospective investigation is to evaluate the relationship between fluid volume and cytological diagnosis of malignancy.
Methods: A total of 511 body fluid specimen reports received between January 2018 and December 2019 were examined to investigate the relationship between diagnosis of malignancy to volume and biochemical properties.

A sensitive, rapid and green synchronous spectrofluorimetric method was developed to simultaneously analyze a binary mixture of diosmin (DSM) and hesperidin (HSP). The RSFI of both medications was measured in methanol at Δ of 100 nm. The results indicated that specific experimental factors had an impact on these intensities.
