Background: Proprioceptive information from the hips, knees, and ankles as well as joint coordination are important for maintaining and controlling balance. Regional receptors in the muscles, joints, skin, and tendons as well as proprioception in the knee joint provide the necessary joint activity and stability. Pain may occur with a decreased sense of balance and proprioception.

Methods: Phantom maxillary central incisor and mandibular second premolar were trimmed 1-mm coronally to cemento-enamel junction; root canals were enlarged and the teeth were scanned. Data was transferred to a solid modeling software.
Extracellular vesicles (EVs), secreted by almost all living cells, have gained significant attention for their role in intercellular communication and their potential as versatile carriers for biotherapeutics. However, the clinical translation of EV-based therapies faces significant challenges, primarily due to the lack of efficient methods for loading biotherapeutic agents into EVs. This study introduces a simple, reproducible strategy for the simultaneous incorporation of various biotherapeutics within EVs.

However, the impact of implant diameter and length on stress distribution at the implant, bone, and other components in this treatment approach remains unclear. The purpose of this 3D finite element analysis was to evaluate the effect of implant length and diameter on equivalent von Mises stress and strain distribution in single implant retained overdentures at bone, implant, and prosthetic components.
