Global health (GH) interest is rising among graduate medical education (GME) trainees, yet GH engagement is marred by the impact of colonization or racism, and there remains a lack of training to confront these challenges. To develop a modular, open-access curriculum that provides training in decolonization for GH GME and evaluate its feasibility and impact on learners' critical reflection on decolonization. From 2019 to 2022, 40 GH educators, including international and indigenous scholars from diverse organizations, created the Global Health Education for Equity, Anti-Racism, and Decolonization (GHEARD) curriculum.

Objective: Regulations to restrict alcohol promotion and requirements for mandatory display of information about health risks associated with alcohol use have been minimal and hard-won in Australia. This study (i) outlines an approach to monitoring alcohol industry use of health messages on alcohol products and (ii) reports prevalence and nature of government-mandated health-related information and voluntary health messages on alcohol products.

Methods: Images of 5,923 alcohol products sold in four large alcohol stores in Sydney were captured.

Background: Long term studies have shown the Latarjet procedure to be successful in preventing re-dislocation in primary and recurrent anterior inferior shoulder instability. It provides stability through the sling effect of the conjoint tendon and the bone block.
