[Chronic encapsulated intracerebral hematoma]].

The purpose of this case report is to describe chronic encapsulated intracerebral hematoma (CEIH), a rare and not fully understood brain lesion. The differentiation from chronic cerebral hematoma, cerebral abscess, and intra-axial tumor is based on clinical and imaging criteria. The diagnosis is confirmed by histological analysis.
