Background: Nonsurgical facial rejuvenation procedures are currently among the most popular areas of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. The goal of this study is to identify the effects of simultaneous hyaluronic acid and hyaluronidase injections into animal skin. This study is the first animal study in the literature showing the effects of hyaluronic acid and hyaluronidase simultaneous injection on skin.

: Ceftazidime-avibactam (CAZ-AVI) is recommended as first-line treatment for Oxacillinase-48 (OXA-48) β-Lactamase-producing carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales (CRE) infections, while polymyxin-based combination therapies (PBCTs) are used as a last resort when CAZ-AVI is unavailable. Research comparing the effectiveness of CAZ-AVI and PBCT in CRE blood stream infections (CRE-BSIs) is limited, mostly focusing on carbapenemase (KPC)-producing isolates. In Turkey, OXA-48 is endemic and OXA-48-Like is common.

Hematological and neurological expressed 1 (HN1) is homolog of Jupiter protein from Drosophila melanogaster where it functions as a microtubule-associated protein. However, in mammalian cells, HN1 is associated partially with y-tubulin in centrosomes, Stathmin for stabilizing microtubules, and Cdh1 for regulating Cyclin B1 for cell cycle regulation. Moreover, HN1 overexpression leads to early mitotic exit as well.
