Article Synopsis
  • The study focuses on Zizyphus oxyphylla leaves, which lack necessary microscopic and phytochemical data for proper identification and safety assessment.
  • Researchers analyzed the leaves using microscopy and various solvent extracts to evaluate antibacterial activity against seven strains.
  • The methanol extract showed significant antibacterial effects, especially against strains like B. bronchiseptica and S. aureus, and the findings may aid in the accurate identification and potential medicinal use of the plant.
