Objectives: To explore patients' preferences regarding virtual consultations (via telephone or video) and to explore healthcare professionals' assessment of whether virtual consultations can maintain the same clinical quality as in-person consultations for outpatient care.
Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among patients with an in-person consultation at the outpatient clinic for internal medicine and among healthcare professionals who treated the patients. The prevalence of preference was determined using descriptive statistics based on cross-tabulated frequencies.
Long-term static dissolution experiments, lasting up to ∼1500 days, were conducted on International Simple Glass (ISG) and SON68 glass under hyperalkaline pH, at 70 °C, and at a very high glass surface area to solution volume ratio. The study compared (1) glass dissolution kinetics, (2) secondary phase formation, and (3) the microstructure of the altered glass and secondary phase interface. Boron release indicated rapid initial dissolution followed by a slowdown mainly due to a significant pH drop.

Despite the initial success of [Lu]Lu‑DOTA-TATE, theranostic SSTR2 radioligands require improved pharmacokinetics and enhanced compatibility with alternative radionuclides. Consequently, this study evaluates the pharmacokinetic effects of the albumin-binding domain cLAB4 on theranostic performance of copper‑67-labeled NODAGA-TATE variants in an SSTR2-positive mouse pheochromocytoma (MPC) model.
