Based on decades of single-spacecraft measurements near 1 au as well as data from heliospheric and planetary missions, multi-spacecraft simultaneous measurements in the inner heliosphere on separations of 0.05-0.2 au are required to close existing gaps in our knowledge of solar wind structures, transients, and energetic particles, especially coronal mass ejections (CMEs), stream interaction regions (SIRs), high speed solar wind streams (HSS), and energetic storm particle (ESP) events.

Background: There is no consensus on which molar incisor hypomineralization (MIH) indices are more suitable for epidemiological surveys.

Aim: To compare the operational aspects and diagnostic ability of the MIH index (simplified/MIH_s and extended/MIH_e) with the MIH-Severity Scoring System (MIH-SSS) in classifying and diagnosing MIH.

Design: This cross-sectional study assessed the indices in a homogeneous group of 680 6- to 10-year-old schoolchildren in Bauru, Brazil, who had at least one first permanent molar, ensuring consistent conditions.

Background: The sensitivity of teeth with molar incisor hypomineralization (MIH) can affect children's quality of life and is a challenging problem for dentists. Remineralizing agents such as sodium fluoride varnish seem to reduce the sensitivity of teeth with MIH, but long-term clinical trials with large samples are still needed for more evidence about its effectiveness as a desensitizing agent before its clinical recommendation.

Objective: This randomized clinical trial aims to compare three treatment interventions for teeth with MIH and hypersensitivity.

Background: It is essential to anticipate and limit the social, economic and sanitary cost of type 2 diabetes (T2D), which is in constant progression worldwide. When blood glucose targets are not achieved with diet and lifestyle intervention, insulin is recommended whether or not the patient is already taking hypoglycaemic drugs. However, the benefit/risk balance of insulin remains controversial.

Computer storage and analysis of ocular data (visual acuity, fundus photographs and fluorescein angiographies) in diabetic retinopathy (DR) was used before and 1, 3 and 5 years after "Stereo-GIHF". This radiobiological procedure results in the selective inhibition of growth-hormone (GH) release. A series of 107 eyes were analyzed after division into 2 categories A and B (A: progressing background DR, n = 53, B: proliferative DR, n = 54).
