The automotive industry continuously enhances vehicle design to meet the growing demand for more efficient vehicles. Computational design and numerical simulation are essential tools for developing concept cars with lower carbon emissions and reduced costs. Underground roads are proposed as an attractive alternative for reducing surface congestion, improving traffic flow, reducing travel times and minimizing noise pollution in urban areas, creating a quieter and more livable environment for residents.

Introduction: Pulmonary actinomycosis due to Actinomyces Odontolyticus is a rare and seldom reported pathology in pediatrics. The unspecific radio-clinical symptomatology and the slow growth of the germ make the diagnosis difficult.
Case Report: A 2-year-old boy is admitted to the emergency room for acute respiratory distress in a context of febrile bronchitis that had been evolving for 10days.
Objective: Description of the use of corticosteroids for the management of parapneumonic pleural effusion in children.
Methods: Retrospective single-center observational study of all children hospitalized with a diagnosis of parapneumonic pleural effusion during a 15-year period.
Results: We documented 97 cases of parapneumonic effusion during the study period, with a median age (interquartile range [IQR]) of 43 (33-61) months.
