Introduction: The large-scale approval of anti-amyloid monoclonal antibodies for treating Alzheimer's disease (AD) has raised concerns about their safety due to treatment-emergent amyloid-related imaging abnormalities (ARIA).

Methods: We present two cases of patients diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment due to AD who were enrolled in the GRADUATE I clinical trial. They received subcutaneous gantenerumab every two weeks during the study period.

Noncoplanar magnets are excellent candidates for spintronics. However, such materials are difficult to find, and even more so to intentionally design. Here, we report a chemical design strategy that allows us to find a series of noncoplanar magnets-LnSn (Ln = Dy, Tb)-by targeting layered materials that have decoupled magnetic sublattices with dissimilar single-ion anisotropies and combining those with a square-net topological semimetal sublattice.

The first search for soft unclustered energy patterns (SUEPs) is performed using an integrated luminosity of 138  fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13  TeV, collected in 2016-2018 by the CMS detector at the LHC. Such SUEPs are predicted by hidden valley models with a new, confining force with a large 't Hooft coupling. In events with boosted topologies, selected by high-threshold hadronic triggers, the multiplicity and sphericity of clustered tracks are used to reject the background from standard model quantum chromodynamics.
