Lymphoma is a malignant cancer characterized by a rapidly increasing incidence, complex etiology, and lack of obvious early symptoms. Efficient theranostics of lymphoma is of great significance in improving patient outcomes, empowering informed decision-making, and driving medical innovation. Herein, we developed a multifunctional nanoplatform for precise optical imaging and therapy of lymphoma based on a new photosensitizer (1-oxo-1-benzoo[de]anthracene-2,3-dicarbonitrile-triphenylamine (OBADC-TPA)).

In this contribution, we designed a new xanthate RAFT agent by introducing (5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-naphthalenyl)oxy (TNO) as the Z group, namely 2-[(((5,6,7,8-Tetrahydro-2-naphthalenyl)oxycarbonothioyl)thio)ethyl propanoate] (TNXEP). Due to the presence of the TNO group, TNXEP enabled highly controlled and ultrafast photoiniferter RAFT polymerization under violet (λ=405 nm) and blue (λ=450 nm) light. This approach was effectively extended to aqueous media for polymerization-induced self-assembly (PISA), facilitating the synthesis of polymeric nanoparticles.

Introduction: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) causes reproductive and respiratory diseases in sow herds and piglets. The emergence of ORF5 RFLP 1-7-4-like (NADC34-like) PRRSV strain in China has brought a new round of challenges to PRRSV prevention.

Methods: In addition, recombinant adenovirus vaccine candidates against the newly emerged NADC34-like strain were constructed in the study; the immunogenicity of the vaccine was investigated in piglets.

This study evaluated the effects of hydrocolloids on Nile tilapia () using an advanced multiomics approach (transcriptome and proteome) linked with genomic isoform structure to elucidate the biofunctions of hydrocolloids. The results showed that hydrocolloids did not affect growth, as indicated by the nonsignificant differences in growth and blood biochemical indicators. Regarding the response, both intestine and liver tissues were assessed.

Functional groups (FGs) represent a classification scheme designed to study the ecological adaptations of phytoplankton. However, FG dynamics studies in phytoplankton are often conducted independent of taxonomic studies, so the factors influencing community dynamics have not been sufficiently investigated or compared between the two classification systems. In this study, we compared the intricate relationship between taxonomic and FG compositions in North China lakes and delve into the key environmental drivers shaping phytoplankton community dynamics.
