Acute acalculous cholecystitis accounts for about 50-70% of gallbladder inflammation in childhood, mostly in previously healthy children. : To quantify the clinical value of integrating a commercially available artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm for intracranial aneurysm detection in a screening setting that utilizes cranial magnetic resonance imaging (cMRI) scans acquired primarily for other clinical purposes. : A total of 907 consecutive cMRI datasets, including time-of-flight-angiography (TOF-MRA), were retrospectively identified from patients unaware of intracranial aneurysms. cMRIs were analyzed by a commercial AI algorithm and reassessed by consultant-level neuroradiologists, who provided confidence scores and workup recommendations for suspicious findings.

Actin and microtubules drive synapse architecture and the localization of intracellular organelles, including Golgi and endolysosomal compartments, ensuring the directional localization of synapse components. Microtubule remodeling includes the centrosome polarization and the formation of a radial microtubules network, extending from the centrosome to the synapse periphery.

Anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR) are a well-established treatment option for children and young adults suffering from relapsed/refractory B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Bridging therapy is used to control disease prior to start of lymphodepletion before CAR infusion and thereby improve efficacy of CAR therapy. However, the effect of different bridging strategies on outcome, side effects and response to CAR therapy is still poorly understood.
