Pseudomyogenic hemangioendothelioma is an ultra-rare vascular sarcoma that most commonly affects young adults, with a male predominance. It is diagnosed using a combination of imaging studies, histopathological examinations, and immunohistochemical staining. Surgical excision is the mainstay of treatment for pseudomyogenic hemangioendothelioma, with the goal of achieving a wide local excision and reducing the risk of recurrence.

Materials And Methods: We analysed participants in the Further Cardiovascular Outcomes Research With PCSK9 Inhibition in Subjects With Elevated Risk (FOURIER) trial (ClinicalTrials.gov, number NCT0176463), which compared the efficacy of proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitor evolocumab versus placebo in lowering cardiovascular outcomes in participants with stable atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and LDL cholesterol levels of 70 mg/dL (1.
Although systemic therapy for multiple myeloma (MM) has evolved considerably over the past two decades, state-of-the-art treatment is not uniformly available in Latin America. In some countries, disparities between the public and private sectors in clinical presentation, access to novel agents and transplantation are striking, with the public sector lagging. We conducted a multicenter, observational study (NCT03955900) of patients with MM in five Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Panama).

Research Question: How does a handball-specific fatigue protocol affect trunk-knee and hip-knee intersegmental coordination during the drop vertical jump (DVJ) and sidestep cutting maneuver (SCM) in handball players?
Methods: Twenty female handball athletes participated, performing three trials of each task before and after undergoing the fatigue protocol. Using a motion capture system, the trunk, hip, and knee joint angles were recorded in all three planes and time-normalized to 100 % of the stance phase.
