Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) levels can help predict outcomes in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), but its integration with DLBCL molecular clusters remains unexplored. Using the LymphGen tool in 77 DLBCL with both ctDNA and tissue biopsy, a 95.8% concordance rate in molecular cluster assignment was observed, showing the reproducibility of molecular clustering on ctDNA.

The precise extent of NF-κB activation and the contributions of the physical microenvironment and of cell-to-cell communications remain largely unknown. By quantitative immunofluorescence, we found that NF-κB is mildly and heterogeneously activated in a fraction of MM cells in human BMs, while only a minority of MM cells shows a strong activation.

It is common in atopic subjects and food antigens have been identified as the most common triggers. However, a seasonal variation in EoE prevalence, correlated with air pollen levels, is reported, suggesting that also aeroallergens may play a role.

In this platform the role of HL7 FHIR is to provide a shared logical data model to collect data in heterogeneous living, which can be used by AI Service and the Gatekeeper HL7 FHIR Implementation Guide was created for this purpose. Independent pilots used this IG and illustrate the impact of the approach, benefit, value, and scalability.
