A study of an additive prolit efficacy was made in the urological clinic of Kazan State Medical University. All the examinees were divided into two groups: 20 patients of group 1 were exposed to extracorporeal lithotripsy (EL) followed by conventional postoperative conservative therapy, 22 patients of group 2 received EL plus prolit. The latter was able to reduce twice the time of concrement elimination from the urinary tract after EL, to lower leukocyturia from 86.
