We report a 43-year-old woman with asymptomatic vulvar papules. Histopathology showed ducts with luminal differentiation and eosinophil debris with a tadpole shape. Based on these findings, the diagnosis vulvar syringoma was made.

Partial nucleoprotein sequencing of PPRV from 3 animals showed a close relationship to lineage 4 strains from China. Control measures are needed to preserve vulnerable ruminant populations.

Methods: The ANC Program used a modification of the World Health Organization's four-visit, prenatal care model.
